Got an extra large because well i don’t really know my waist size and if it a bit tight but that doesn’t bother me because i heard that if it’s a bit tight, that’s just right for somebody who is trying to get back in body shape, so yeah, definitely recommend it for the people who want to have their ways adjusted. Want to you know get back into body shape like that. It’s so perfect to help people who have a little bit of extra fat that needs to be tightened back to the shape of our bodies :)
